Terms and Conditions

1. This Eye Trendy Rewards You Promotion ("Promotion") is available from 15 August 2016 to 28 August 2016 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

2. To qualify for the Promotion, participants are required to complete all steps given in the Promotion mechanics and all fields are mandatory.

3. Winner is entitled to one prize ("Prize") and will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, on a fair and random basis. All incomplete entries will be disqualified. Prize is a set of two (2) Gold Class tickets.

4. There will be a total of 6 winners.

5. Winners will be notified via their registered email or contact number individually by Eye Trendy. Eye Trendy shall have the right to publish the name and NRIC number of the winners in its promotional materials.

6. The collection period will be communicated in the notification email to the participants. Eye-Trendy & Sin Kwang Group ("Management") reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed Prize after the stated collection period.

7. By participating in this Promotion, all participants are deemed to have given their consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Management.

8. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or products, in parts or full.

9. The Prize is the sole responsibility of the holder and Management will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the Prize.

10. Eye Trendy is not a supplier of the product(s)/services(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.

11. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prizes with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at Eye Trendy's sole discretion.

12. The management's decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

13. Promotion is not open to individuals associated with the Promotion, including the employees, agents or representatives of Sin Kwang Optical (S) Pte Ltd (including its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this promotion (collectively, the "Excluded Individuals").

14. The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion without prior notice and all disputes will not be entertained.
