Police S1948 Eyewear Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This Police S1948 Eyewear Promotion ("Promotion") is available from 16 July to 14 August 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. To qualify for the Promotion, participants are required to complete all steps given in the Promotion mechanics and all fields are mandatory.
3. Participant is entitled to one prize ("Prize") with each complete set of entry submitted on a first-come-first-served basis during this Promotion Period and it is limited to one Prize per email address submitted. All incomplete entries will be disqualified. Prize is either a Police EzLink Card ("Card") or a Police voucher ("Voucher").
4. The collection period will be communicated in the notification email to the participants, Eye-Trendy & Sin Kwang Group ("Management") reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed Prize after the stated collection period.
5. By participating in this Promotion, all participants are deemed to have given their consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Management.
6. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or products, in parts or full.
7. Validity dates stated on the Voucher apply and is not allowed for extension.
8. Voucher is only valid for use on Police eyewear and participants are required to present the original printed copy of the Voucher at participating Optical Shops. 
9. If the value of the Voucher is not redeemed, no refund in cash or in other means will be given.
10. The Prize is the sole responsibility of the holder and Management will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the Prize.
11. Promotion is not open to individuals associated with the Promotion, including the employees, agents or representatives of Sin Kwang Optical (S) Pte Ltd (including its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this promotion (collectively, the "Excluded Individuals"). 
12. The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion without prior notice and all disputes will not be entertained.
