Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion “Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack”:
 
1. ‘Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack’ (‘Promotion’) is presented by Sin Kwang Optical (S) Pte Ltd and Eye Trendy (‘Organizers’).
2. Promotion is valid in Singapore from 3 November 2017 to 30 November 2017 (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period’). Participation is optional.
3. Promotion is a series of 4 Black Friday Surprise Packs (‘Surprise Pack’), namely and held from:
a. Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack (Mango) (‘Promotion 1’) from 3 November to 9 November (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period 1’).
b. Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack (Elle) (‘Promotion 2’) from 10 November to 16 November (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period 2’).
c. Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack (Esprit) (‘Promotion 3’) from 17 November to 23 November (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period 3’).
d. Eye Trendy Black Friday Surprise Pack (adidas Originals by Italia Independent) (‘Promotion 4’) from 24 November to 30 November (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period 4’).

5. Participants are required to provide accurate particulars through the Website in order for their submission to qualify.
6. At the end of the Promotion Period, there will be a draw for the following Surprise Packs (‘Surprise Pack List’):

7. Each unique email address can only participate once for each promotion period.
8. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of their particulars and contest response into the Organizers’ database, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. Organizers do not guarantee delivery of participation confirmation due to any reason, including network problem.
9. The winners will be selected by a lucky draw at random at the end of the Promotion Period. The lucky draw will be conducted on 10, 17, 24 November and 1 December 2017.
10. Only winners will be contacted by the Organizers and sent an e-voucher within 24 hours of he/she being shortlisted after the draw.
11. Organizer is not liable to re-send the e-voucher if the mailing address, provided in the winning email verification, is inaccurate.
12. The announcement of a winner does not constitute a ruling by the Organizer that the winner has complied with the Terms and Condition. The Organizer may disqualify the entrant after the announcement should any rule transgressions be discovered.
13. The pictures of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s etc. are only representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depiction.

14. This Black Friday Surprise Pack is available for redemption from 10 Nov to 15th Dec 2017 (both dates inclusive) (‘Redemption Period’) at the indicated participating stores in clause 16.
15. To purchase the Surprise Pack, the winner will be required to furnish the following:

17. Black Friday Surprise Pack is purchased on a “no-choosing is allowed” basis. Opening up of packs to select the eyewear before purchase is strictly NOT allowed.
18. Once packs have been purchased, good(s) sold under this Promotion is/are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
19. E-Voucher for the Promotion carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash.
20. E-Voucher for the Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions.
21. Only one E-Voucher for the Promotion will be accepted per purchase order.
22. An E-Voucher may only be used once.
23. Your use of an E-Voucher for the Promotion indicates your agreement to be bound by these E-Voucher Terms and Conditions.
24. The right to use an E-Voucher for the Promotion is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred. No E-Voucher may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system, without the prior written permission of the Organizers.
25. 1 year standard manufacturing warranty against defects applies to the eyewear in the pack.
26. Promotion is not open to individuals associated with the Promotion, including the employees, agents or representatives of Sin Kwang Optical (S) Pte Ltd and Participating outlets (including its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this promotion (collectively, the “Excluded Individuals”).
27. By participating in this Promotion, all participants are deemed to have given their consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Organizers.
28. The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion without prior notice and all disputes will not be entertained.
29. All disputes related to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Singapore only.
